Bottom line is that if the large buyers like Wal*Mart require certified
solutions we're all stuck with it. Good luck changing their minds. :-P
Till then the I.T. vendors that are certified need to recover the cost and
trading partners need to buy certified solutions.
P.S. There are Drummond certified AS2 solutions in the market that offer
unlimited trading partner license bundles for well below USD 100K.
