Not that I don't "feel your pain" but I think you are calling for action
totally unwarranted AT THIS TIME.

Accusing a company as a whole of lying (telling untruths deliberately) is a
pretty major step, the kind of step which could earn you a new nickname:
"Respondent".  (Name-calling can get you there too, but it does take a bit
longer than making specific allegations in a public venue).

If there is a bad apple at some vendor - be it a customer service rep or
those who train/support him or her - give that vendor a chance to handle the
situation.  Contact a responsible manager at that company and tell him/her
what happened.  You might be surprised how often a manager is never made
aware of this kind of thing. (Tell me there haven't been times when YOU have
decided to "handle it myself" without informing YOUR boss!).

After all, isn't this the same group begging for YOUR customers to be
PARTNERS with you?
