Hey Thomas: I did not have any problems with most of your remarks as I am all for communicating bluntly, but you did get a tad over-zealous with one of your comments - which is when Michael intervened. We understand this is a very sensitive issue with you and perhaps should be a sensitive issue for a lot of us and your input is valuable.
