I was not aware that some third party was paying for the initial set of
documents; I stand corrected.
However, I still stand mystified.
I guess I'll have to take it up with my congressman: How can the government
mandate a set of specifications be used and arrange to have those
specifications available only by purchase from a single exclusive third
party?
I sure don't have anyone writing into law that some 400,000 healthcare
providers MUST use something available ONLY from me.
I must be missing something. At least I sure hope I am missing something.
