I agree with Klaus on EDIFACT, if the rest of the world is using it
successfully, it is mature and included in most EDI packages already, and it's
free, then Why insist on X12? Isn't it time we moved to the world standard, at
least for new implementations? I know the US Customs, Automotive, Banks, and
many others that deal with international partners already have. Of course, I'm
proposing it for to all our new projects!
What do you all think?
