Hello Dave, I have had this problem for over a year now and have had no luck in finding resolution. In fact, the problem has multiplied with each rebuild. I now have many folders named "Orphaned Folder" which seem to be aliases of other folders, but nothing is where it should be or connected as it should be. If you find any help -- PLEASE let me know.
