Generally, it sounds as if you have a problem affected by more things besides Emailer. Besides the obvious, have you installed the 8.6 Font Extension to prevent Font corruption? Have you removed all fonts to see if any of them is involved? If you're repairing with Norton, watch out if it says your DB file have the wrong length.
