Mark You have an intriguing problem and I am wondering what the warning message is really telling you. I know that version 2 of Emailer uses a different mail database format to earlier versions and as part of the upgrade process the old mail database is 'converted' to the new format. I could understand the warning message if you attempted to open the new mail database using an older version of Emailer. The upgrade process requires the use of an installer application and the renaming of certain folders. If you don't follow the procedure then anything can happen.
Have you been running with v2.03 for some time and it has only now gone wrong, or, have you attempted/performed a recent upgrade that may have created this problem? The warning message seems to infer you are using an older version of Emailer with a later version of the mail database. Is this your interpretation? Have you two copies of Emailer on your system? Have you renamed some of the older files? I can sen you a copy of the upgrade instructions, if that would help?
