our publisher returned this week. apparently, the "rebuilt database" is a mixture of things: 1. current email, 2. old email and folders trashed years ago, 3. orphan folders that are completely empty, 4. some outgoing messages that have garbled "to" fields.
on top of all of this, his old address book several years in the making seems to be missing.
anyone have any ideas?
