I'm using my granddaughters IMac and connection speed is really slow when downloading my mail or doing any Internet work. The OS is 9.0 but the Internal Modem is supposed to be 56,000 and all I see I'm getting in my Remote Access screen is 28,800. Can this be right? If not what do I need to change to make it run faster?
