The simple rule... whoever the virus claims to be from is NOT the person it is from. No email virus currently of issue on Windows claims to come from the person it really came from. NONE OF THEM. That is why I find it so damn annoying that companies like Symantec setup their AV Email scanners to send a bounce message when a virus is detected. The person getting the bounce DID NOT SEND THE VIRUS. And Symantec, and all the other AV companies should know this. They know the way the viri work, they know what they are doing, and they are well aware that the email claims to be from someone it isn't. So WHY WHY WHY do they insist on clogging up everyone's mailboxes with useless messages?!? -chris <http://www.mythtech.net> ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
