Without a doubt, Apple has little interest in Classic these days. That is
why it will NOT work on the Intel Macs. The question that remains is,
will it work in 10.5 on PPC Macs?

Alas, I had the chance to potentially find that out last night, and it
slipped my mind until it was too late (I ran into someone that went to
WWDC and spent about 15 minutes chatting about Macs and the developer
program... he did confirm that Classic is dead on the Intel based Macs...
apparently Apple made no bones about that at WWDC, unless things
significantly change, they will NOT be porting Classic to Intel)
