Double check all your account settings. Compare them to the SBC directions for use with Outlook Express on the Mac. What error do you get when Emailer tries to collect new email? Also, watch your connection status window (if it isn't already open, you can open it via the Window menu in Emailer). What does it say during the connection attempt? >BTW - why is there such file size difference between the following 2 >files: > >SMTP Auth Login = 2MB >Claris Emailer = 3.5MB (2.0v3 Jan 22, 1998) Most likely, the 3.5 MB original version you have is the "FAT" binary version. It has the code for 68k and for PPC in it, so you can run it on older 68k based Macs. The SMTP Auth version was built from a PPC only install of Emailer, so it lacks the 68k code, and thus will be a little smaller. -chris <http://www.mythtech.net> ___________________________________________________________________________ To unsubscribe send a mail message with a SUBJECT line of "unsubscribe" to <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> or <[EMAIL PROTECTED]>
