Depends upon what you mean by ground? I've had many products approved with several ground wires connected to one stud. Now, that's one PRIMARY ground with several SECONDARY grounds on top. The only requirement there being the primary was on the stud first with its own locking nut. Then, the secondaries stacked on top each with their own locking nut. This allows secondaries to be removed keeping the safety primary ground connected. The only limit, in my opinion, is that each secondary ground wire be checked with the ground current test seperately. As far as stacking multiple PRIMARY grounds on one stud as in the case of redudant mains input, I don't think it can be done. The intent being redundancy and that intent being violated by a non-redundant grounding scheme. I think the GR-1089 standard is addressing multiple primary grounds on a single stud. I don't believe 1089 prohibits a single primary and multiple secondaries. I could be wrong about this, but I've never had a problem with stacking a single primary on a stud with multiple secondaries.
