The problem is the same with  -index-enable connected,
probably needs something more.
I have not tried the Z axis. Waiting on a larger drive motor.
I could not find any information on pastebin; so I directed the
"halcmd show" output to a file, which is attached, hope it helps.

Because I don't have the detailed information of what is
needed and why; the setup files has been a long
experiment and probably a complete mess. My information
source has been study other .ini and .hal files and try to
guess what is the equivalent for my configuration and needs.
Because that is such an imprecise approach, I have also
attached the .ini and the .hal files in case they are of any help.

It's hard to express how much I appreciate this help from
you guys and especially the developers of this awesome
system.
