Sure, but it is expensive for mediocre bandwidth, and I have no idea 
what they charge if
you want to run servers.  It also is not terribly reliable, from what 
I've heard - storms affect
the signal.  At least some to these systems only provide downlink by 
satellite, the uplink is
phone line, and pretty slow.
