A Vexta PK264-E2.0B is capable of over 2500 rpm and in bipolar parallel
at 48V 2.5A it still has 50% of it's stopped torque at 2500rpm. Without
knowing what the stepper is, and looking at the manufacturers torque
curves what it can or can't do is pure supposition.
