It's fairly clear that you have something fairly specific on your mind,
that we are all missing:

What I can see here is:

1. "placing gadgets",
2. "creating layout of components/gadgets"

..which can be only currently be served by:

1. moving E applets around

..which doesn't sound all that exciting on its own.. but then, you must
be thinking of something else.

Can you try to show us what you mean?
