Again, exactly what I was looking for, thaniks for pointing me there!

Only question left for the moment: How could I reduce the transparency of 
menus, without switching off the composite module? Depending on the background 
with the default setting for transparency the menu text is a bit hard to read, 
sometimes. Slightly less transpareny (i. e. more "opacity") would probably 
help.
