Look at the toolbar "Move" button. When you have a message open in its own window the first item listed is the message's current folder location. It's not quite like Emailer's menu in that it doesn't list *all* folders, just the most recently used ones. It also doesn't sort them alphabetically opting rather to list them in order of most recently used.
