I finally, on the 5th try, got the Office Update downloaded without an error. I have unstuffed it, but it gives me an error message “unsupported archive”. I don’t know what to do, I have tried so many times!
Unfortunately, that may mean that the download did not quite complete. The only other possibility would be that you have an ancient version of Stuffit Express somehow trying to do the unstuffing, but that's not too likely. Just to be sure, instead of double-clicking it, drag it onto the newest version of Stuffit Expander you have on your computer (use "Find…" again), or get a new version from Aladdin.
