Hi Hanagan,

First, read through the following article:
<http://www.entourage.mvps.org/help/send_receive/index.html>. If you don't
find the solution there, work through the following (some of which will be
repetitive but I wrote it before I remembered the article :-).

You say that all your accounts download successfully on a Send & Receive
except this one. Is there anything that distinguishes the way you made this
account besides it's name and address? Any other idiosyncratic settings or
options? Are they all POP or all IMAP accounts? Same server?

Try disabling ALL schedules and ALL rules. Create a schedule to download
just this account. If the schedule now works, then there's a conflict
somewhere with one of your other schedules or rules which you can find by a
process of elimination. If it still works only manually, then I'm back to
thinking this is a database or maybe an identity problem.

To eliminate the latter, create a new identity (File> Switch Identity). Set
up the account there and try it. If it works, then there's corruption in
your main identity and you'll have to remake it (along with all your
schedules and rules).

To eliminate the database as the culprit, you can create a new User and set
up an identical account to the problem one. If Send & Receive now works,
that would confirm database corruption and you should go ahead and do an
Advanced rebuild on the database of your original User. You will lose all
your links but your data will remain intact (although being paranoid, I
would do a database backup first for peace of mind regardless).

You'll find more about Rebuilds, Identities, Databases and everything else
Entourage here: <http://www.entourage.mvps.org/toc.html>.

Hope something here helps!
