I did a compact first, and then a day later a rebuild, last weekend, trying
to get my Shift h back. When it was done, I found dozens and dozens and
dozens of messages that had been marked unread going back six months or
more! I did get an extra .3GB of space though, compared to what I'd gotten
after the compact procedure...

(No one has any other ideas how to get Shift h back in Entourage?)
