There is no point in using a flare-cutting diaphgram in a prime lens.

The flare-cutting diaphragm is a diaphragm that changes as you change the
focal
lenght of the lens in order to vignete the non used light rays.
As the 20/2.8 has only one focal lenght there is no point in such diaphagm.
