While I'm pretty sure the 7 compares favorably with a much older
original Elan, it might well cost 3 times more to buy a new 7
instead of a used original Elan. I wouldn't tell this "not much
more". ;-) I thought about replacing my old Elan with a 7, but gave
it up after checking the price for the 7. Not enough (for me)
advantages to justify spending that much money on my 2nd backup body.
