Peter, I've never used the ECF on my 3 and prefer the 100% finder on my 1v -
wish the 3 had the same. But this is a couple of soft, subjective elements
of two great cameras and should not lead to the conclusion you seem to have
reached. For professional sports works the 1v has several important
advantages over the 3, however, for amateur sports and other applications I
would agree with those who have advised Pattie to look at the 3 and some
good glass. Personally, my next body will be another 1v rather than 3 as I
think it is worth the extra money.
