Ken,

If you can, return this lemon to its lemon tree...
Canon won't be of any help except for a payed repair. (that will probably
cost you more than a new set of Kenko's)

PS: Just out of curiosity, I went to test each of my kenko's on my (new)
EOS 30 (Elan 7) they all work as they should and as they do with the EOS
50E.
