>Guess they've gone to the forums at www.dpreview.com Actually, no. In their last issue, Chasseur D'Images talks about an EOS 3D for the Photokina and also of the end of the EOS 10D production. Their not the kind of magazine to spread rumours without have a minimum degree of certainty that they make become true. Apart from that, I won't take a genius to figure out that Canon _must_ release a new DSLR at the Photokina. Not doing so would very negative for their image (not to say "suicidal") and even worse for their sales. The only remaining questions are: what camera and where will it fit inside the EOS-D range? >On checking, I found that there's now only one E6 lab in Milton Keynes, >where there used to be at least 3, probably 4. Must be my fault using my >10D all the time. Where I live, in the last couple of months, used Leica R bodies (from the R4 to the R8) started showing up in quantities never seen before. If Leicaphiles are selling their film cameras, it must a sign that, indeed, times they-are-a-changing. * **** ******* *********************************************************** * For list instructions, including unsubscribe, see: * http://www.a1.nl/phomepag/markerink/eos_list.htm ***********************************************************
