Panasaurus looks a bit flimsy to me,
considering that it is plastic,  but I
don't have any personal experience with
it.

I do have experience with the Kaidan
KIWI-L pano head,  and it is not strong
enough for a standard setup such as
10D, BG-ED3 and 17 35L,  even though it
is metal. Bouncy big time.

I need to use timer release in order to
minimize vibrations.  Things get worse
when a 550 is added to the mix.

This is in part why it takes me 30+ (!)
minutes to take one lousy 360.

Perhaps I should just build a custom
head.

What is everybody else using?
