That's a lot of gas for an O-200. You might want to check your
tachometer, to make sure you aren't churning away to excess.
And the prop pitch (never mind what it says, have it measured).

I'm a very pessimistic person, and flight plan for 7. In fact I nearly
always get better than 6. And that's down low. That's leaned to
1450F EGT. Cruise RPM is around 2500, and that renders around
105-110 TAS.

I've seen as low as 4.5 GPH at 9500 feet.
