Now, if you did not repitch the prop, and there was a proportional change in the static RPM limits (this alone would require an STC) then it is unlikely you would ever be able to deliver more than the original 85 hp, but if, as you say, the prop is repitched to absorb the new claimed hp, then the whole setup would be illegal. So, assuming it's legal, I guess it can't be 105 hp...
