I find this difficult to believe, for a couple of reasons.  The main one
is 
that (and I can't put my finger on the source, so don't ask me to back
this 
up) any increase in power in excess of 5% (I think it's 5%) is prohibited
on 
the grounds that it would require the airframe to be recertified with the 
higher power.  You'd need an STC to cover the power increase and another
to 
cover installation of the "new" engine in the airframe.  Now, if you did
not 
repitch the prop, and there was a proportional change in the static RPM 
limits (this alone would require an STC) then it is unlikely you would
ever 
be able to deliver more than the original 85 hp, but if, as you say, the
prop 
is repitched to absorb the new claimed hp, then the whole setup would be 
illegal.  So, assuming it's legal, I guess it can't be 105 hp...
