If you have or have access to a [illustrated parts catalog for C-75, C-85, C-90 and 0-200 aircraft engines] Form X30011A 1985 Teledyne Industries, Inc. on page 2-11 FIG 8 index 8-13A you will see the gear. The part # is 630403. That is the one for the standard side mounted fuel pump. Like I said you have to get the case modified unless you are one of the lucky one's to have a case that was manufactured for the fuel pump. The good thing about it if you do have one of the gears the modification to the case if I remember correctly only cost me around 100 bucks. If any one is interested I can look up the cost and the place to send the case. If you have a gear you have a chunk of gold. If you look at page 2-26 same catalog you will see in figure 18 the two different fuel pump hook ups. Index # 1 is the adapter for the vacuum pump pad modification. Hope this helps. If you do not have a catalog I can probably send you a copy. Hope this helps.

Dick, would you happen to have the part # or #'s for the gear ? Also maybe a
photo or reference page with illustration ? I may have one of these.
Jimi

I am installing a 0-200 but I sent my case to Divco and had the case drilled
for the mechanical pump. It is legal as there was a few 0-200's made with
the mechanical pump. The big problem is the gear that goes on the cam that
has the lobe on it to operate the fuel pump and the vacuum pump. If you can
find them they are very expensive like I think Cotinental wants about 1100
bucks for one. I found a new one for 800 from a private party. There is also
a way to run a fuel pump on a 0-200 that attaches to the vacuum pump mount
but of course you loose the vacuum pump then. I think that cam gear I
mentioned before was also on a C-90 16 not for sure though.

I believe that there is an O-200 engine involved, Richard.  Hince,
no mechanical pump.  I'm the one looking for mechanical pump
parts.  And a right wing tank.  Think you could skin up to
Tucumcari and take a look for me, Jimi?

Had an individual contact me on installing a second electric fuel pump
in
his coupe. Was wondering if anyone had 2 electric fuel pumps, (
primary and
auxiliary) installed and if they had a copy of the 337 to approve it.
Would
help in doing this and getting it approved by the FAA. He already has
one
but had a failure on it and is considering haveing a second installed
as a
      back up.
      Thanks,
      Jimi
