Still not getting it, I guess.  What are all those changes, Ed?  Which of those 
changes are structural?   Know of any other changes necessary for the 1260 gwi? 
 So let me ask why wasn't the CD's gwi increased?

  It seems that you don't have all the information.

   

  The 1320 gross weight increase STC requires ALL the changes needed to convert 
to the D model except the stainless steel panel over the header fuel tank.

   

  The C and CD model are eligible to be converted to the D model with that same 
list of changes, plus the stainless steel panel over the header fuel tank.

   

  That being the case, if the D model was extensively tested and determined to 
be safe at 1400 lb. gross weight, how can the C or CD model not be safe at 1320 
lb. gross weight?

   

  It's far from a "paper GWI STC."

   

  The fact is, the structure isn't changed in either the 1320 lb. STC or in the 
conversion to be a D model.
