i would just like to clarify that i'm not saying that the dankseeds are
less than top of the line recordings.
simply that at a show that has 20-50 tapers, out of those 20-50 tapers
only half (or less) of those recordings will get widely traded.
more often than not, it is out of that half of the recordings that the
dankest copy(s) will be certified. some time after that a new (rare) source
may surface which is better (altho i doubt there will ever be one that is
VASTLY better) than the copy that was "danked".
this is no fault of the dank team. they do a great job helping in
maintaining the quality of seeds circulating on etree. but new, priorly
unknown sources are just a simple inevitability of life.
