Ask an employee where soemthing is in a grammaticaly correct manner and they look at you blankly. I finally settled on simply saying the name of the item and hoping they would grunt and point. I was amazed when I first went to Fry's up here how clean it was and how friendly and educated the employees seemed compared to California.
