However, if you read this page http://www.evdl.org/help/index.html#conv You will find this statement: "Many years ago, EVDL members decided that fuel cell vehicles and hydrogen power were not things they wanted to talk about much. I know, I just quoted the charter up there, and it says "the energy storage device ... can [be a] ... fuel cell ...," but that's what the members decided, and who am I to argue?"
