Supposedly you can get a Chevy Bolt in some places for around $24K right now. Even though it's 'only' rated for 238 miles, if you keep the speed below 55mph, are frugal with the heating/cooling, and don't climb a lot of steep hills, you can squeeze out around 300 miles.
