Absolutely. That is what happen when we separate too much the human sciences and the exact sciences, they both becomes inexact and inhuman. By putting philosophy in literature, like done in some academies, it does not help. Especially with the current relativisme (and individualism), and it is easy to consider “metaphysic” as bs, but then, unconsciously weighting on a naive interpretation of the last theory as the real serious one taking the place of the old metaphysics. It is the same mistake all over again. In the theological or metaphysical field, we have not yet the right to doubt, nor even to say the facts. The free-exam is still limited to “the boss is right”, in that field. And some human defends their opinion/fear/hate still using violence, with bullets or with words, as unique argument. They just “feel” superior or “inferior”. Where does that come from? I think that Freud is not 100% wrong on this question. Something like that.
