*Not that I'm a great fan of decoherence theory, but it doest includes the apparatus, observer, and the rest of the environment in the measuring process. It doesn't explain everything of course, but it shows that the CI is not frozen in time, but evolving. You need to freeze CI in time to have a straw man. Not cool.
