Thanks Missy.  Don't get me wrong here I'm always grateful for good advice,
but I suspect I shall stay on the over cautious side and keep their mail
local.

I'll look into the cross-site mailbox move method.  So long as it will pull
stuff from a 5.5 server in one site to a 2003 server in another site that
should do the trick.

If I do it that way I'll have to visit at some point so I can take care of
any Outlook Profile issues at the same time.
