We have probably all seen this. When he got "angry" at someone, we used to joke that Maharishi gave him a sigar :-) It could be very intense there and then, but the intuitive feeling was always that something other was going on behind the scene as it were. As if he would clean up and help that person on a profound level, sometimes picking up some little detail on the surface. And I have never ever seen any of these people becoming really depressed or scared by the experience. Thery were shaken but not stirred. Some talked of being in total bliss for days after having been given a "sigar" by Maharishi.
