The skillful motivation and application to enlighten all sentient 
beings. Beyond that I would not be able to tell you any more than you 
would be able to tell an outsider about the specifics of your own TMSP 
practice...but as I've pointed out before, there are key elements 
missing in even the basic TMSP usage of yogic flying--mainly they are 
missing the other sutra required, but specifically the yogic techniques 
to channel udana-prana into the head (which is very dangerous).
