Where are you getting that they're half-siblings? They don't have the same
father, and Hinata (who is Hanabi's full sister) refers to Neji as
'cousin,' I believe. Hanabi's father and Neji's father were brothers.
So there's no real squick factor there. It's pretty much only in the
United States where first cousin marriages are illegal (and that's only in
around 30 or so of the states of the Union).
