They confiscated eyelash curlers??? What are they afraid of that one might curl 
them too much?? I am all for security, but that is a little ridiculous, don't 
you think? If the airline industry is going to survive, they better start using 
come common sense.
Unfortunately, I can see spindles not being allowed as most non-spinners will 
not understand what they are for. I do not think that I will be doing much air 
travel, if I can not have my spindles or knitting. Talk about cutting off the 
nose to spite the face.....

Oh, I just thought of something, aren't there little earrings that are tiny 
scissors? Would that be allowed? Or how about the flimsy scissors you get in 
sewing kits? They cut thread and fiber, but just barely.
