Darn, I did say that! However, I actually warped my loom front-to-back. I don't know why I said it wrong. I threaded the reed first, then the heddles, then tied onto the warp beam.
I keep looking at it all, not wanting to touch it. But I think I will unwind and start over using the tips everyone has given me. I think it is worthwhile, because I would hate for it to be a total waste! I'll look for Kati Meek's book too. Thanks for all the help!
