The horn relay is also the ignition key buzzer. It has one double connector and two single wire connectors. It's on the firewall between the power booster and the fender.

Not all 69's had external regulators. My T/A has an integral alternator. I'm not sure if the change was after a certain production time, or performance cars only, or perhaps what plant they came from.

Wayne is correct. Also, the regulator is separate from the alternator and is mounted to the firewall on the passanger side of the engine. It has a 3 or 4
spade wide, flat connector. I believe the horn relay has a 2 spade
connector.

 The horn relay on my 69 conv is bolted to the firewall between the
Brake booster and the fender.  Just some short wires going to it right
Out of the main harness.
