I visited David's house while he had the cam degree set-up still on his  
engine. I had read articles on how to degree a cam in magazines but the process 
 
was a bit muddy to me. After seeing him go thru the operation one time it was  
crystal clear. Now I just need to find me a 455 also.
 
I'm sure the ring gear he is referring to is the ring gear on the  flywheel.
 
Hi David? Do you ever take your 'Bird to Myra's in Valdese on Friday nights  
or the cruise-ins in downtown Lenoir (1st & 3rd Saturdays)? They are both  
great places to show off what you have. I'm gonna try to get up to Myra's  this 
Friday to look around. I'm gonna have to drive my SUV since my  'Bird is still 
on jack stands. The new floor is in but I still have some welding  to do on 
it.
