The biggest deal is comfort. A stiff, high performance clutch will get real old real fast pumping it during traffic / parades / general cruising. Then you'll walk with a limp or have one big left leg.... The biggest reason for a high perf. / racing clutch is just for that. Back to drag racing, slicks etc. under high stress, you need it to hold.
