Oh, probably not fixed in plib ... bounding spheres are a good point and a tough one to deal with. I think lighting normals are something else that can get fouled up when applying a scaling tranformation. (But in the case of shadows or splot lights, lighting normals wouldn't be an issue.) The other option would be to come up with some way to forcibly resize an object via the animation system??? It's technically not hard to change the vertex coordinates in a plib leaf, but it might be hard to expose this ability to our xml animation system in any sensible, efficient, generic sort of way ....
