..brilliant catch, I missed precisely that point, ;o)  
Always erring on the side of caution, is the best way to avoid 
needing a lawyer, and asking your lawyer early and ASAP 
when you suspect you might need him, remains cheaper than 
closing eyes, ears or mind for the wee hints you get while 
waiting for the trap to slam shut.
